Please note that because of the fragile nature of chocolate, we always encourage our customers to
order the wrappers and foil alone, and then purchase your own chocolate bars and wrap them. Bars
can be purchased at very affordable prices at any warehouse-style store such as Costco or Sam's
Club, or any supermarket. We've found that it takes about an hour to wrap 100 bars, so you can get it
done very quickly. Of course, if you do want to order the chocolate bars already wrapped, we will
accommodate those orders and do everything we can to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Here are some of the most common customer service questions, and their answers:
What do you use for printing?
Our wrappers are printed on thick glossy paper, using a state-of-the-art laser printer. The colors
should not smear, smudge, or run under normal conditions and with normal wear and tear.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
If you're ordering the chocolate bars pre-wrapped, we always strongly recommend that you be there to
receive your package rather than risk letting it sit out in the sun or heat. However, this is of course
your choice, but note that we are not responsible for bars that melt during the shipping process.
Please use your own best judgment.
What guarantee do I have that I'll like your product?
We have many satisfied customers who return to our store to purchase wraps for other occasions, such
as baby showers, parties, and for their business. And much of our business comes from word of
mouth, or from those who have received our wrapper at someone else's event and loved them so
much they ordered their own.
Of course, to be sure that you'll truly like the product you order, you can always purchase just one of
each or every design you like. The shipping is just a few dollars, so for a small amount you can really
get a "hands-on" feel for the wrappers before ordering a large quantity.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Not for the candy bar wrappers, but many of the wedding favors do have a minimum order quantity.

PAYMENTS
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone
number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in
processing your order. Your credit card or PayPal account will be billed, in full, upon placing your order.
We do not accept any other forms of payment, including but not limited to Money Orders, Cashier's
Checks, Company Checks, or Personal Checks.
RETURN POLICY
Products that are personalized can't be returned for a refund. If there is an error on your order that
does not appear on the proof you have approved we will re-print your order for free and we will ship
whatever method needed at our cost to make sure your order gets to you on time. If you make an
error on your order, we will re-print wrappers only at the "Wrappers and Foil only" price (see item
detail page for current pricing) and ship them to you at your cost to re-wrap yourself. This is essentially
a new order to replace your original order. Please contact us within 7 days of product receipt (or
sooner depending on your date needed) so that there is time to correct any problems or errors.
Please note, the colors as well as brightness or darkness or colors you see on your screen may differ
from the actual colors. The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor determine the variation.
Additionally, not all printers are the same, even those of the same make and model. Printing your
proof yourself does not guarantee that our shipped wrappers will match your printed copy exactly.
If an order arrives damaged (other than melting issues), we must be notified within 7 business days of
you receiving the package. This is a requirement of the shipping carrier. You must keep your original
box and packaging as the shipping carrier may need to inspect it.
Due to the nature of chocolate products, FavorsandWraps.com cannot be held responsible for chocolate
bars that melt or are otherwise damaged during shipment. However, we will do our best to ensure that
your product arrives safely. We always strongly encourage our customers to order "Wrappers and Foil
Only" and to purchase their chocolate bars separately in order to ensure that they are not damaged by
the shipper.
Selecting the appropriate shipping method so that your order will arrive by the date needed is the
responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have in
delivering your package to you or delays due to invalid or incomplete shipping addresses entered by
the customer at the time the order was placed.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing
information received from our suppliers, FavorsandWraps.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FavorsandWraps.com shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
FavorsandWraps.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account in the
amount charged.
